Project: Ministry of Environment- Adam Food Centre

This section features a Sunseap project with the Ministry of Environment of Singapore. The objective of the project is to implement a cost-saving solar energy system for providing power to outdoor lamps and the signage of the food centre. The fittings of the outdoor lamps belong to the government while Sunseap made conversion to the lighting filaments by replacing them with light emitting diodes (LEDs). LEDs are featured prominently in most of Sunseap's projects because of their low consumption of power in comparison to conventional lighting filaments while maintaining satisfactory illumination level that meets the government requirements.

The high luminous efficacy of the "Adam Food Centre" signage is produced by a perfect mix of 1000 white LEDs and 2 x 130Watts supply of solar power installed at the roof top.
